FIELD: suspension arm; motorized trackless vehicle.
SUBSTANCE: chassis suspension arm for a motorized trackless vehicle has at least two load input elements rigidly connected to each other by a straight profile section made of fibre-reinforced polymer. The profile section and at least one element in the common section, where the end sections of the element and the profile section engage with each other in a form-fitting manner, are connected by an adhesive connection. The adhesive joint has, on both sides of the neutral plane of the fibres of the profile section, at least two flat longitudinal layers of equal length. The layers are located parallel at a distance from each other in the vertical direction of the profile section. At least two of the layers have a cross-sectional area that becomes larger as the distance to the neutral plane of the fibres of the profile section increases. The adhesive bonding areas in the vertical direction of the profile section have a relatively large distance to the neutral plane of the fibres. The thickness of at least two of the longitudinal layers of adhesive increases in the longitudinal direction of the profile section only towards the free end of the final section of the element.
EFFECT: increase in the service life of the suspension arm.
