FIELD: suspension arms.

SUBSTANCE: four-point suspension arm for the vehicle contains a middle element, a main multi-layer composite, and four additional windings made of a fibrous polymer composite material. The main composite wraps around the middle element. The middle element contains four load input elements connected to the core with a geometric closure. Each additional winding wraps around its load input element and functionally connects them to the main composite. By means of each additional winding, compressive forces are introduced into the main composite. The method for manufacturing a four-point suspension arm consists in providing four load input elements in the core forming tool and manufacturing the core so that the load input elements are integrated into it with a geometric closure. Each element and core is once wrapped with the main composite. Then, an additional winding is wound on each element so that an additional functional connection with the main composite occurs. The lever is then cured.

EFFECT: improved suitability for large-scale production is achieved.
