FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing alkali metal salts of dialkyldithiocarbamic acids and to alkali metal salts of dialkyldithiocarbamic acids obtained according to this method. The method for producing alkali metal salts of dialkyldithiocarbamic acids includes following stages: i) a stage of chemical reaction in the form of a reaction of one or more dialkylamines, carbon disulfide and one or more alkali metal hydroxides in an aqueous solution to form an aqueous reaction solution of alkali metal salts of dialkyldithiocarbamic acids; ii) a stage of crystallization in the form of introducing a reaction solution from the stage i) into an evaporative crystallizer, which is heated with a heater, so that a temperature on a surface of contact of the heating element with the reaction solution is from 30 to 95°C, while the pressure is from 10 to 800 mbar (abs.), with the formation of a crystalline suspension of alkali metal salts of dialkyldithiocarbamic acids; iii) a stage of separation in the form of introducing the crystalline suspension formed at the stage ii) into a centrifuge and centrifuging the crystalline suspension to separate solids and liquid with the formation, on the one hand, crystals of alkali metal salts of dialkyldithiocarbamic acids and, on the other hand, a separated mother liquor; iv) a stage of reverse feed in the form of a reverse feed of the separated mother liquor obtained at the stage iii) into the crystallization process; v) a drying stage in the form of drying alkali metal salts of dialkyldithiocarbamic acids separated during the stage iii).
