SUBSTANCE: method for drying breast milk oligosaccharides is proposed, according to which an aqueous solution containing purified breast milk oligosaccharide with a total purity of at least 50% based on the weight of dry matter in such an aqueous solution is subjected to drying. The drying process is carried out in a roller or drum dryer.
EFFECT: obtaining an effective method for drying breast milk oligosaccharides.
