FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in air cooling heat exchange apparatuses. The dry adiabatic cooling apparatus comprises: a frame; two bundles of pipes located in said frame in a vertically oriented V-shaped configuration; each of said two bundles of pipes comprises multiple horizontally located finned pipes, multiple upper and lower adiabatic panels installed on said frame near the air intake side of said bundles of pipes; a positioning mechanism for adiabatic panels, a positioning mechanisms for the supporting elements of adiabatic panels, and a positioning mechanism for the water distribution pipes, connected with the positioning control system.
EFFECT: reduction in the time of installation of the equipment with the maintained dimensions thereof.
