FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-resistant siloxane compositions with a self-healing effect and can be used as sealing and barrier coatings. Disclosed are compositions for producing materials with a self-healing effect, containing polydiorganosiloxane selected from polydimethylsiloxane and polymethylphenylsiloxane, nanogel of general formula [R1(R2)2SiO]1[SiO2]n, where n is equal to 1 or 1.5, R1=R2=CH3- or R1=C6H5-, R2=CH3-, and a functional metal siloxane, characterized by that the metal siloxane used is a phenyl-containing metal siloxane of general formula (C2H5O)p-M-[OSi(C6H5)(OC2H5)2]m, where M is Zr or Fe (III), p + m corresponds to metal valence, provided that m≠0, wherein the weight ratio of polydiorganosiloxane and functional metallosiloxane ranges from 10:1 to 10:10, and the weight ratio of polydiorganosiloxane and nanogel ranges from 10:0.1 to 10:3, respectively.
EFFECT: disclosed compositions enable to obtain heat-resistant self-healing sealing coatings and barrier coatings, including in the food industry.
