FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: new metallosiloxane oligomers containing a phenylglycidyl fragment in which metal is selected from transition metals, lanthanides, and aluminum are proposed. A method for preparing these oligomers by hydrolytic polycondensation of the corresponding alkoxyorganoetallosiloxanes of the general formula M[O-Si(R)-(OAlk)2, where Alk=CH3 or C2H5 in a medium of phenylglycidyl ether.
EFFECT: proposed oligomers are hardener-modifiers of epoxy resins and can be used to obtain new hybrid epoxy materials.
