FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to high-voltage mobile transformer substations. This effect is achieved by the fact that the mobile transformer complete substation is mounted on two semi-trailers on a wheel chassis, one of which contains an open power transformer and a complete open high voltage device, which are located in an open block container in the form of an open frame, and on the other semi-trailer a complete low voltage device is installed in a closed block-container in the form of a closed frame and a sled with shock absorbers is attached to the longitudinal lower rods of the frames of the base frames of the block-containers from below, installed in the blind holes made in the bodies of the sleigh and in the blind holes coaxial with them in the bodies of the longitudinal frames of the frame bases, through the holes in the shock-absorbing floorings located between the sleds and the longitudinal rods of the frames of the frame bases. The electrical connection between the units is via a cable. Each of the shock absorbers is made in the form of half-beakers, facing each other with open parts, with a movable, spring-loaded in a stationary guide pipe installed in them, which at one end abuts against a vibration and shock-absorbing gasket installed at the base of the upper half-beaker, and with the other into the base of the lower half-cup. Additionally, on each of the block-containers, parallel to the fixed sled, additional movable sleds are installed with the possibility of vertical movement using lifting and holding devices installed on the vertical side posts of the frames of the block-containers, in the form of two telescopically connected pipes, the outer of which are fixed on the side frames of the block -containers, and the inner ones are installed with the possibility of movement for raising and lowering the movable sleds to which they are attached, using the drive mechanism.
EFFECT: simplification of the transformation of a mobile transformer substation from an operating state to a transport one and vice versa, satisfying both possible transportation by road on roads corresponding to the dimensions and weight of the substation, and in conditions of bad roads and complete off-road conditions, that is, on a wheel drive, dragging, helicopter.
