FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to systems for extraction of natural water and hydrocarbons, located on sites with wells, in particular, to mobile systems for production, consisting of modules on mobile bases, which do not require capital construction with erection of foundations. Mobile system for extraction of natural water and hydrocarbons comprises at least one complete transformer substation mounted on a mobile base; at least one control station combined with at least one local equipment transformer mounted on one mobile base, or at least one control station on a separate mobile base and at least one local equipment transformer on a separate mobile base; cable rack modules made on mobile bases; process trestle modules made on mobile bases; at least one unit of local automation on a mobile base. At that, process trestle modules on mobile bases are used to form process trestle, and at least part of the pipeline system is mounted on the process trestle, which provides connection of at least one well and allows to carry out transportation of water or hydrocarbons from the well to the linear pipeline. Cable rack modules on mobile bases are used to form a cable rack, and at least a part of the cable network is mounted on the cable rack, which provides connection of electric elements of mobile system. Local equipment transformer at least provides power supply of pumping equipment. Unit of local automation at least ensures operation of the pumping equipment. Control station at least provides control of pumping equipment.
EFFECT: reduction of costs and risks associated with equipment of the site for extraction of natural water and hydrocarbons due to rejection of foundations and capital construction facilities for arrangement of equipment.
