FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of making a device for closing an opening in a building structure, preferably a translucent one, includes making a frame and/or a flap from a frame element of the outer cover plate for each of them, made of metal, manufacturing of an internal pad in the form of a frame element made of wood, placement in a seam space having external slots and PVC profile projections in the form of a frame with the formation of a space closed along the outer perimeter when the outer and inner straps are connected to the PVC profile and placing therein a fixed double-glazed window or sandwich panel, characterized by that the frame and/or flap is made by assembling said elements, by placing them in a collapsible tooling having grooves and projections corresponding to the grooves and projections of the PVC profile, the cavity formed for this purpose repeats the shape of the outer surface of the frame or flap, fixing their specified geometric dimensions, at that, in the process of frame assembly, reinforcement is installed in its cavity, and after formation of the cavity closed along the outer perimeter along the length of its inner perimeter, a foaming heat-insulating material, PU foam, which is metered along the length of the perimeter, is fed into it, which connects the elements placed in the tooling, before the end of the foaming process, the open cavity is limited by placing in it a metal frame element fixed by a pressure plate to the tooling, and after the foaming heat-insulating material is stabilized and the frame or flap gains stripping strength, the collapsible equipment is dismantled. At the same time, after formation of closed along external perimeter cavity of frame, dosed along length of its perimeter supply of foaming heat-insulating material into it is performed successively along length of its internal perimeter. And connection of frame element made of wood with PVC profile is performed through slots formed in it, which correspond to protrusions of PVC profile. Reinforcement in the form of a frame is fixed by placing one of its edges in the groove of the wooden frame element. When making a frame for hinged closure of the opening, its cavity is limited along the inner perimeter with a PVC profile, one of the edges of which is placed in the slot of the inner lining formed for this purpose. And when the double-glazed window is installed into the flap to form a hinged closure of the opening, it is glued to the inner pad on the side of the cavity limited by it.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of making a device for closing an opening in a building structure.
