FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry and concerns wood-board materials and method of their production. According to the first embodiment, the material is a plate in the form of a layer of more than one calibrated by width or length, or height, or by width and length, or by width and height, or along the length and height of the wood strips, made on the basis of a right parallelepiped, the wood strips are connected to each other by an adhesive layer by side surfaces. According to the second embodiment, the material is a plate consisting of more than one layer calibrated by width, or length, or height, or by width and length, or by width and height, or by length and height of wood strips made on the basis of a right parallelepiped, connected to each other by an adhesive layer, and has more than one layer of wood strips, the wood strips of each next layer are turned relative to the longitudinal axis of the wood strips of the previous layer by 90 degrees, the layers are connected by an adhesive layer. Method includes the following sequence of actions: preparation of woodworking wastes, application of glue to inner strips on at least two planes, formation of at least one layer of strips, namely laying out strips in rows, squeezing the formation from all sides and holding in the press until the adhesive composition is completely dry, on the outer framing strips the adhesive composition is applied on one plane, if the inner strips are lumpy, then the adhesive composition is applied on three and/or four, when the assembled layer is squeezed, the fixing tool is installed not more than 0.5 m from each other.

EFFECT: invention enables to use woodworking wastes and obtain a board material having a high density and elasticity limit.
