SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a nozzle with an injection hole in the form of a slot for supplying processing gas to a steel strip and a method for silicifying the steel strip with a high silicon content by means of a nozzle. The nozzle 10 has a two-tube structure containing an outer pipe 20 having a discharge opening 21 for the processing gas in the direction of the axis and a closed end, and an inner pipe 30 having a supply channel for the processing gas at one end and an open end, which is the other end inside the closed end of the outer pipe 20, and the processing gas is fed through the supply channel and blown through the discharge opening 21. In this case, the specified nozzle 10 contains a plate 40 regulating the feed rate of the processing gas, which is located at the open end of the inner pipe 30 with the possibility of overlapping the annular gap between the inner pipe 30 and the outer pipe 20. At the same time, at least one hole 41 is formed in the plane of the plate 40 to regulate the gas supply rate, and at least one hole is formed in an area bounded by a central angle resting on the corresponding arc of a circle characterized by points 27.5° and 332.5° on a numerical circle with a reference point corresponding to a reference line passing through the axis of the outer pipe 20 and the center of the slot in width.
EFFECT: reducing the change in the velocity of the blown gas depending on the position in the direction of the axis to ensure the manufacture of a steel strip with a high silicon content having a slight deviation in the Si content depending on the position in the direction of the width of the steel strip.
