FIELD: mechanical engineering; fuel intake valve nozzle for internal combustion engines, in particular, for large size two stroke engine. SUBSTANCE: valve nozzle is manufactured by acting onto isotropic, fine grain powder placed in mould providing required configuration of nozzle and by subjecting the powder to pressure of the order of 800 bar (790 kgf/cm2) minimum, and temperature of 1000 C, minimum, for at least one hour. Then channel with required number of nozzle holes is made in nozzle blank machined by isostatic pressure in hot state by machining to provide passage of flow. Nozzle can be manufactured of cobalt based alloy pressure treated in hot state, for instance, of stellite 6, or of nickel-based alloy containing 20-30% of Cr, 4-8% of Al and 0.2-0.55% of C, and W, Hf, Nb, Mo, Y and/or Fe in amount of the order of 1.8%. Such nozzle features increased fatigue strength after mechanical machining to required final configuration. EFFECT: enhanced quality if nozzle. 16 cl, 1 tbl, 6 dwg
