FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building, in particular, to an apparatus for heat insulation of buildings and structures and can be used in new and reconstructed buildings in the Arctic, Antarctica, the Far North, and the Far East, in areas with permafrost soils and low outside air temperatures. Apparatus for heat insulation of buildings and structures comprises a heat insulation layer and an evaporation unit. The condensing unit is placed in a heated room equipped with a heating system. The evaporation unit is made in the form of flat ribbed tubular or plate-type heat exchangers, is equipped with a refrigerant boiling pressure adjuster, is installed outside of the heat insulation layer of the building, and is connected to the condensing unit of the refrigeration set. The boiling pressure adjuster is set to the boiling point of the refrigerant equal to or lower than the outside air temperature by 5 to 10°C.

EFFECT: reduced heat losses through the enclosing structures of the building, reduced power consumption for heating with a reduction in the harmful environmental emissions.
