FIELD: monitoring systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipeline systems, namely to means of technical diagnostics of pipeline transport facilities of oil and gas, and can be used for complex continuous monitoring of technical condition of objects of fuel and energy complex. Method involves measurement and calculation of physical parameters characterizing the actual technical state of the monitored object at installation points of sensors using independent measuring subsystems (modules) and determination of the same and derived physical parameters for the entire object using a multi-parameter mathematical model describing the object and its constituent components. To assess the actual technical state of the object in real time and predict its change in the process of further operation as initial parameters for determining parameters in a mathematical model of an object, results of direct measurements by sensors included in measuring subsystems (modules) are used. Mathematical model of the object is realized by solving by numerical methods a system of equations describing the relationship between the structural and technological performance of the object and the parameters determined by the measuring subsystems, with parameters characterizing the state of the object and its component parts both at measurement points and outside them. As a result of object modeling, values of parameters characterizing the technical state of the monitoring object as a whole and all its components separately are determined, as well as their deterministic assessment on the scale "Norm", "Warning", "Danger", as well as complex assessment of the whole monitoring object. Monitoring system is a set of measuring and analytical subsystems, combined into an independent structure and implementing a method for the integrated assessment of indicators that determine the technical state of the monitoring object, as well as allowing to store measurement and analysis results in a database and transmit them to an automated operator workstation.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method for complex assessment of indicators determining the technical state of pipeline systems, and a monitoring system for its implementation.
