FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed system comprises metal integrity, strain, pressure, temperature, acceleration and displacement parameters control transducers, and a computation module. All the transducers are connected via communication channels with a data acquisition and primary processing module connected with a data storage and transmission unit provided with appropriate software to allow remote and automatic control over the system. The computation module incorporates a 3D finite-element model to compare the nuclear power plant equipment real-time failure rate monitoring data with the current state and operating conditions of its operation. A computation nucleus of the said 3D finite-element model can be calibrated in compliance with the measurements data obtained with the help of extra control transducers fitted in critical zones. The said metal integrity, strain, pressure, temperature control transducers are used in a high-temperature version.
EFFECT: possibility of the current diagnostics of operating conditions with regard to metal integrity.
