SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automated monitoring systems for the engineering status of buildings and structures and can be used in the design and operation of buildings and structures. When implementing the method, a selection is made of the bearing structures of the building site of the monitored elements, for which a judgment can be made on the engineering status of the building site, the formation of a set of parameters that characterize the state of each of the selected monitored elements, the determination of intervals of values of the monitored parameters, at which the state of the relevant controlled elements is characterized as a way out of the limits of the values allowed at gradation on borders and within such intervals by the degree of threat of loss of the controlled element of the ability to perform its function, the registration of the values of the output signals of the sensors installed on the monitored elements, their processing and calculation of the monitored parameters for each of the monitored elements from the processed registered values of the output signals characterizing the state of the monitored element. Then, the obtained current values of the monitored parameters for each of the monitored elements are compared with the threshold values that define the limits of the intervals of acceptable values and with threshold values within such intervals, providing the possibility of grading the degree of output of the parameter value beyond its acceptable value, identification of the state of the monitored elements on the basis of an analysis of that of the parameters characterizing it, the values of which have the greatest deviations from the permissible values, making judgments about the state of the building site on the basis of information on the state of the monitored elements, display in a visual form monitoring information and results of the assessment of the status of each of the monitored elements and the building site in general. System includes a sensor unit, a measurement recording unit that records measurements from the sensor unit, a calculation unit for the monitored parameters, which calculates the monitored parameters from the measurement results, an analytical processing unit that performs the determination of the states of the monitored parameters by comparison with the threshold values and determining the states of the controlled structures and/or the building site as a whole, based on the choice of the worst state of the relevant monitored parameters, a monitoring information display block that displays in a visual form the results of the evaluation of individual controlled structures and/or the building site as a whole.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increased reliability of detecting structures that are in an emergency or pre-emergency condition, increased accuracy of determining the state of controlled structures and the object as a whole and possibility of interrelated analysis of measurements with various instruments, increased speed.
