FIELD: treatment of water.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for biochemical treatment of waste water incoming from slaughterhouses, oil and fat industry enterprises, food enterprises. Cultures of the microscopic fungus Hypomyces odoratus 94/77 RNCIM F-242 are introduced into the waste water. Cultivation thereof is conducted in the pH range of the medium (4.0 to 6.0) and at a temperature of the waste water of 24 to 26°C. Water is treated for 16 to 24 hours.
EFFECT: increase in the degree of purification of waste water and fat extraction, increase in the yield of protein biomass, reduction of the cost of the purification process due to the reduction in the time of cultivation of the fungus, use of a cultivation temperature most optimal for treatment facilities and a wider acidity range of the medium.
