FIELD: biological waste water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biological treatment of fat-containing effluents from food industry enterprises. Immobilized biocatalyst contains biomass composed of microorganisms producing extracellular lipases, polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer carrier, and water phase, said biomass being constituted by micellial fungus cells and polymer carrier being cryogel of polyvinyl alcohol. Preparation of immobilized biocatalyst itself is accomplished by mixing spores of micellial fungus with polyvinyl alcohol solution. Then, cryogel is prepared and active biocatalyst is formed by way of sprouting spores in the bulk of polymer carrier on a nutrient medium containing inductor(s) of biosynthesis of secreted lipases in concentration 0.5 to 25 g/L. Invention thus enables preparation of efficient biocatalyst for treating fat-containing effluents and. in addition, immobilized washing-out of cells from carrier and pollution of effluents being treated with these cells and, in addition, immobilized biocatalyst shows desired functional activity without addition of any further mineral feedings.
EFFECT: enhanced effluent treatment efficiency.
