FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal and nuclear power engineering and can be used for cleaning the inner surface of condenser tubes, made of brass, titanium and other metals, from scale and corrosion products deposits during repair of industrial heat exchange equipment. Composition for cleaning condenser tubes from deposits, characterized by that it is an aqueous solution of lactic acid and urotropin, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: lactic acid C3H6O3 — 1.0–4.0; urotropin — 0.1–0.2; water — balance.
EFFECT: elimination of negative effect of cleaning composition on cleaned inner surfaces of condenser tubes made of brass and titanium during their cleaning.
