FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of general machine building, to pneumatic drives of actuating mechanisms control mainly in vehicles. In the proposed pneumatic drive of the actuator control system, the output shaft position disc is made in the form of a single part with a hub oriented inside the carriage and bearing the output shaft bearings. Side surfaces of recesses on the position disc are curved, convex, conjugated with the bottom of the recess by means of a broadening made with respect to the side surface with the possibility of free movement of the ends of the rods of the position disc retainer and position disc rotation limiter-retarder during their contact with recesses side surface. Device for limiting rotation of the disc sets the boundaries of the given sector in the form of end flat flats made on the limiting side surfaces of the two conjugated recesses of the sector oriented towards each other. Overall diameter of the projection between them is less than the outer diameter of the other projections of the disc by the value of the said flattened surface, made with possibility of contact with the cylindrical groove made on the rod of the limiter-retarder of turning the disc of positions. Carriage pistons are made composite of stepped support part, which inner stage is located in carriage body cavity, and on the external step between its board and the sealing part detachably connected to it there is an annular magnet enveloped with a support guide tape. Pneumatic cylinder covers are fitted with threaded piston stroke limiters. Disc retainer is equipped with a rod locking device, which is included in the control system by means of its supply with an additional pneumatic valve connected to an auxiliary cavity, which is made in the rod end of the position disc retainer. Sensor of angular positions of the disc is a linear sensor of the position of pistons and the carriage, which is connected to an electronic control unit with the possibility of recalculation to angular indices of positions of the position disc.
