FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, namely the construction of horizontal mine workings under conditions of high rock pressure. A monolithic reinforced concrete lining of a horizontal mine working is proposed, consisting of a concrete body and a frame, including: horizontal reinforcing bars, vertical reinforcing bars, reinforcing bars installed along the arc of the arch, and reinforcing transverse brackets, with a step corresponding to the calculated reinforcement step. Horizontal reinforcing bars, vertical reinforcing bars, reinforcing bars installed along the arch of the arch in the form of a semi-ellipse, and reinforcing transverse brackets are made with an elliptical cross section. The major axis of the reinforcement ellipse is aligned with the maximum loads on the reinforced concrete lining of the horizontal mine working. For vertical and horizontal reinforcing bars, the maximum moment of resistance along the major axis of the ellipse is aligned with the perpendicular to the side surface and to the base of the horizontal mine working, respectively. For reinforcing transverse brackets connecting the rows of the frame, the maximum moment of resistance along the major axis of the ellipse of the steel bar is set parallel to the side surface of the lining. For reinforcing bars installed along the arch of the arch in the form of a semi-ellipse, the maximum moment of resistance along the major axis of the ellipse is aligned with the radius of the semi-ellipse of the arch of the horizontal mine working.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of monolithic reinforced concrete lining of a horizontal mine working.
