FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to mining, namely to the construction of vertical mine workings of circular cross section under conditions of high rock pressure. The method for fastening a mine shaft of circular cross section with reinforced concrete tubing includes manufacturing a reinforced concrete support ring in the shaft with a trapezoidal reinforcing cage from non-linear rod working reinforcement along arcs of circles in the ring and reinforced transverse brackets with a step corresponding to the calculated reinforcement step, preliminary manufacturing and delivery of reinforced concrete tubing to the shaft , sequential installation and installation of horizontal rings of reinforced concrete tubing, hardware fastening of tubings between themselves and anchor fastening of tubings of the first row to the support ring. In the manufacture of a reinforced concrete support ring in the shaft, the reinforcing cage is made of non-linear rod working reinforcement along arcs of circles in the ring and reinforced transverse brackets of steel reinforcement with an elliptical cross-section, the long axis of the reinforcement ellipse is combined with maximum loads on the support ring, for non-linear reinforcement the maximum moment of resistance along the long axis of the ellipse is aligned with the vertical axis of the barrel; for reinforced transverse brackets, the maximum moment of resistance along the long axis of the ellipse is set radially to the axis of the barrel and perpendicular to the planes of the cross section of the ring. The installation and installation of horizontal rings is carried out from reinforced concrete tubing, the reinforcing cage of which, including a linear longitudinal rod working, a nonlinear rod working, along the arc of a non-linear section, in the form of a segment of the circle of a vertical tubing cylinder, steel reinforcement and reinforced transverse brackets are made with an elliptical cross-section with the possibility alignment of the long axis of the reinforcement ellipse with the maximum loads on reinforced concrete tubing.
EFFECT: increasing the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete lining in the form of support rings and tubings in the conditions of a mine shaft of a vertical mine working of a circular cross section.
