FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: construction of an elliptical mine shaft under conditions of high rock pressure. The method for fixing a mine shaft with an elliptical section with monolithic reinforced concrete includes the manufacture of a reinforced concrete support elliptical ring and a reinforced concrete support in the trunk with reinforcing steel frame from non-linear bar reinforcement according to elliptical arches in the ring and shaft, vertical longitudinal rod, horizontal rod reinforcement, as well as reinforced transverse brackets with a pitch corresponding to the calculated reinforcement pitch, pre-fabrication and delivery to the trunk frame and concrete elements, serial installation of reinforcing cage, formwork installation and concrete pouring. When manufacturing reinforced concrete of the support ellipse ring in the shaft, the reinforcing cage is made of non-linear steel reinforcement along elliptical arcs in the ring. When manufacturing reinforced concrete lining in the shaft, the reinforcing cage is made of non-linear steel reinforcement along elliptical arcs in the shaft. Vertical longitudinal rod, horizontal rod steel reinforcement, as well as reinforced transverse steel reinforcement brackets are made with an elliptical cross section. For the support ellipse ring, the long axis of the steel reinforcement ellipse is aligned with the maximum loads on the ring. For non-linear reinforcement, the maximum moment of resistance along the long axis of the ellipse is combined with the vertical axis of the barrel. For reinforced transverse brackets, the maximum moment of resistance along the long axis of the ellipse is set radially to the center of the trunk and perpendicular to the planes of the cross section of the ring. For the shaft, the long axis of the reinforcement ellipse is combined with the maximum loads on the reinforced concrete lining of the elliptical mine shaft. For vertical and horizontal reinforcement the maximum moment of resistance along the long axis of the ellipse is combined perpendicular to the center of the elliptical trunk. For reinforced transverse brackets, the maximum moment of resistance along the long axis of the ellipse is set parallel to the vertical axis of the ellipse shaft.

EFFECT: increasing reliability of monolithic reinforced concrete lining of elliptical mine shaft.
