FIELD: mine construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for fastening a rectangular mine shaft with monolithic composite concrete. The method involves manufacturing a rectangular support and support in a shaft with a reinforcement cage made of linear rod reinforcement along the walls of the rectangle in the support and shaft. The reinforcement frame also contains vertical rod and horizontal longitudinal rod reinforcement. Also production of reinforced transverse brackets with a pitch corresponding to the calculated reinforcement pitch. The method also includes preliminary production and delivery of frame elements and concrete to the shaft. It also includes sequential installation of the reinforcement frame, installation of formwork and pouring concrete. The rectangular support and walling in the shaft are made of composite concrete. When manufacturing a composite concrete rectangular support in a shaft, the reinforcement frame is made of linear composite reinforcement along the walls of the rectangle in the support and reinforced transverse brackets and composite reinforcement with an ellipsoidal cross section. Then a concrete body of a composite concrete rectangular support is created. For the frame of a composite concrete rectangular support, the long axis of the reinforcement ellipse is aligned with the maximum loads on the support. For linear reinforcement, the maximum moment of resistance along the long axis of the ellipse is combined with the vertical axis of the shaft. For reinforced transverse brackets, the maximum moment of resistance along the long axis of the ellipse is set perpendicular to the cross-sectional planes of the support. When producing composite concrete support in a shaft, the reinforcing frame is made of linear composite reinforcement along the walls of the rectangle in the shaft and vertical rods, horizontal longitudinal rods of operating composite reinforcement, as well as reinforced transverse brackets of composite reinforcement made with an ellipsoidal cross-section. The reinforcement frame of the composite concrete lining is installed on a rectangular composite concrete support. For a composite concrete support frame, the long axis of the reinforcement ellipse is combined with the maximum loads on the composite concrete support of a rectangular mine shaft. For vertical and horizontal frame reinforcement, the maximum moment of resistance along the long axis of the ellipse is combined with the direction towards the central axis of the shaft. For reinforced transverse frame brackets, the maximum moment of resistance along the long axis of the ellipse is set parallel to the vertical axis of the rectangular shaft. After that, a concrete body of the side surface of the composite concrete support of rectangular cross-section is created.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of monolithic composite concrete support for a rectangular mine shaft.
