FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to bearing structures and methods of their manufacturing. In particular, bearing structures are made from three-dimensional woven materials. Invention discloses a fiber-reinforced three-dimensional weaving, having improved characteristics of stress and stiffness during shear and a method for its production. Interlacing is obtained from bundles with fiber reinforcement directed at an angle to the axis. Such bundles can replace bundles used in standard processes of 3D-weaving, passing in the direction of the warp or weft. Weaving includes the first threads passing in one direction and the second threads passing in the other direction and intertwined with the first threads. At least part of the second threads include at least one diagonal reinforcing thread. At least part of the second threads is a layered structure having at least three layers, which include at least one diagonal layer of the second thread, note here that at least one diagonal layer of the second thread has fibers extending at an angle other than 0° or 90° relative to fibers in layers of second threads that are not diagonal layers of second threads.
EFFECT: invention discloses fiber-reinforced 3D-weave and a method for production thereof.
