SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to rehabilitation, and can be used to correct metabolic disorders in patients with metabolic syndrome in perimenopause. A set of measures is applied, including smoking cessation, diet therapy based on the “Mediterranean” type of nutrition in the form of an individual reduction diet, daily morning exercises with elements of respiratory gymnastics, taking a biologically active food supplement “Lactobalance®” with the content of probiotic microorganisms ≥3×109 CFU, 1 capsule 1 time a day during meals for 1 month (repeated course in 3 months), ingestion of mineral therapeutic drinking water “DONAT Mg”, 200 ml 30 minutes before meals, room temperature, for 6 weeks. The course is repeated after 3 months.
EFFECT: method provides an improvement in lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, reduces the manifestations of menopausal syndrome by reducing body weight, restoring biochemical processes.
