FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of parts of small-size gas turbine engine (SSGTE) with thrust of up to 150 kg∙f from metal-powder compositions of nickel alloys VZh159, cobalt VLK1, aluminium AK9ch by selective laser fusion. Method includes creating electronic 3D model of a part using a solid-state modelling system, gas-dynamic separation of a metal powder from a heat-resistant alloy with its subsequent degassing, layer-by-layer application of metal powder on a substrate and selective fusion of metal powder layers with a laser beam to form a part in a protective atmosphere. At the same time topological optimization of electronic 3D-model of the part is carried out taking into account the structural features of the part and the scheme of its loading. Substrate is heated for 30–60 minutes. When using a nickel or cobalt alloy, it is heated to 200 °C, when using an aluminum alloy, to 100 °C, and fusion is carried out in a nitrogen or argon medium.
EFFECT: reduced weight, higher SSGTE thrust-to-weight ratio.
