FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: powder layer applying on the substrate, forming the first layer of the part by selectively alloying the powder with the laser beam, reexecution of the above mentioned operations to form the subsequent part layers. It is carried out the hot isostatic pressing in the argon medium and the heat treatment of the obtained part. The metal powder of the chromium heat resistant nickel based alloy is preliminarily subjected to gasdynamic separation with further degassing. The process of the powder alloying with the laser beam is carried out in the protective nitrogen atmosphere. Before hot isostatic pressing, the part and titanium or titanium alloy chips are placed in the electrocorundum medium, in such a way that the part and the mentioned chips are not contacted.
EFFECT: manufacturing of parts with low porosity, roughness and content of harmful oxygen impurity, as well as with high mechanical properties.
