FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of parts from refractory alloy powders by additive manufacturing. It can be used in production of engine parts used in aircraft and rocket industry. Powder of heat-resistant alloy obtained by mixing powder of fraction 40 mcm in amount of 60% and fraction of 20 mcm in amount of 40% is applied on plate-substrate. Selective fusion is carried out at scanning speed of 0.5–3 m/s, scanning pitch of 0.02-1 mm and radiation power of 10–1500 W in argon medium.

EFFECT: preventing formation of pores in the sintered material, high density and, as a result, high mechanical properties and hardness.
