SUBSTANCE: plant for transportation and sorting of, for example, luggage in airports, comprises multiple modules of inclined conveyors arranged in a row in direction of transportation. Composition of each module of the inclined conveyor provides the possibility of switching between horizontal orientation for transportation and orientation at inclination for release of transported object transversely relative to direction of transportation by gravity relative to support shaft, which is parallel to direction of transportation. Conveyors, which are provided for each tilting conveyor module, comprise belt conveyors 26a, obtained by tensioning belt 26c between the pairing front pulley 26a and rear pulley 26b, and belt 26c of this belt conveyor 26a has a plurality of comb sections 47, which extend along the width direction on the inner surface, and comb-like sections 48 which extend in the width direction at equal intervals in the direction of the length of the tape. Pair of front pulley 26a and rear pulley 26b is not provided with flange sections, between which both sides of belt 26c are enclosed, and for peripheral surfaces on front pulley 26a and rear pulley 26b there is a plurality of turned grooves 49, engaged with each of comb sections 47 on the inner surface of belt 26c.

EFFECT: reduced wear of the belt.
