FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalyst and a method of producing a catalyst for producing gasolines during combined processing of hydrocarbon fractions, oxygenates and olefin-containing fractions. Catalyst contains zeolite ZSM-5 in amount of 50.0 to 85.0 wt.%, where: a. pore volume of the catalyst ranges from 0.15 to 0.26 cm3/g, b. average pore diameter of the catalyst ranges from 38 to 53 Å, c. ratio of weak and strong acid sites of the catalyst ranges from 2.2 to 3.5, wherein the catalyst contains, in terms of chemical composition, in terms of oxides: d. silicon dioxide in amount of 53.0 to 85.0 wt.%, e. aluminum oxide in amount of 10.9 to 43.0 wt.%, f. boron oxide in amount of 0.5 to 2.5 wt.%, g. zinc oxide in amount of 1.4 to 2.9 wt.%, h. oxides of rare-earth elements in amount of 0.9 to 2.0 wt.%. Method of producing catalyst includes: mixing HZSM-5 and peptized pseudoboehmite, adding boric acid, adding silica sol with pH 8–10 to obtain molding compound, molding, drying and calcination of the molding compound to obtain a catalyst composition, alkaline treatment, washing from sodium, drying and calcining the catalyst composition, impregnating the catalyst composition with solutions of zinc salts and rare-earth elements, drying and calcining.
EFFECT: interregeneration period of catalyst operation is not less than 480 hours, simultaneous increase in output of C5+ hydrocarbons and product RON.
