FIELD: catalysts.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalyst and a method for producing a catalyst for the production of gasolines or concentrates of aromatic compounds. The catalyst is especially effective for the processes of co-processing of hydrocarbon fractions, oxygenates and olefin-containing fractions. The catalyst includes zeolite ZSM-5 in an amount from 50.0 to 85.0 wt.%, a binder, oxides of zinc and rare earth elements; catalyst pore volume from 0.15 to 0.26 cm3/g, average catalyst pore diameter from 38 to 53 the ratio of weak and strong acid sites of the catalyst is from 2.2 to 3.5. The method for preparing the catalyst includes: mixing HZSM-5, pregelatinized pseudoboehmite and then silica ash with pH 8-10 to obtain a molding mass, molding, drying and calcining the molding mass to obtain a catalyst composition, alkaline treatment, washing from sodium, drying and calcining the catalyst composition, impregnation of the catalyst composition with solutions of zinc salts and rare earth elements, drying and calcining.
EFFECT: increase of catalyst operation period between regeneration up to more than 450 hours; increasing the yield of the С5+ fraction of the hydrocarbon product; decrease in the selectivity of the formation of methane and olefins С2-С4.
