FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for the selective removal of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide from methane-containing gas mixtures by the hybrid method for membrane absorption gas separation and can be used in the gas, oil and other chemical industries. A method for the selective removal of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide from methane-containing gas mixtures, consisting of a membrane-absorption module for high-pressure gas separation, where the process of removing carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide is carried out in the volume of one mass transfer apparatus, the supply of the feed gas mixture is carried out in a membrane-absorption module at an absolute pressure of 5 bar into a liquid absorbent located on the surface of a non-porous membrane with a selective layer, at the same time, the removal of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide from methane-containing gas mixtures and the regeneration of the absorbent occurs without additional energy consumption as a result of the creation of a driving force due to the pressure gradient and subsequent desorption of the dissolved gas and its further transfer through the membrane.
EFFECT: reducing the dimensions of the installation and separating the gas mixture in the volume of one mass transfer apparatus at room temperature.
