FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in radio monitoring systems for multi-channel detection and monopulse direction finding of radio emission sources (RES). A method for two-stage selection of spectral components of radio signals in multichannel radio monitoring equipment, including synchronous reception by a multichannel antenna system of time realizations that simultaneously fall into the current reception band, synchronous transfer to a lower frequency, synchronous conversion of time realizations into digital form, calculation of Fourier transform samples of digitized time realization, calculation of squares of Fourier transform sample modules in each channel, characterized in that, that at the first stage, the maximum values of the squares of the Fourier transform sample modules ordered in descending order are determined simultaneously in all channels, the signal region is sequentially determined for each spectral reference with an ordinal number, the ordinal numbers of the samples corresponding to this signal region are stored for subsequent transmission of the samples to the joint processing equipment.
EFFECT: increase in the speed and reliability of the selection of spectral components of radio signals.
