FIELD: thermal power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal power engineering, namely to heat and water supply systems with an independent circuit for connecting the heating system to the main heat network, with a closed circuit of the hot water supply system and with automatic temperature control of the heat carrier supplied for heating and hot water supply. Block heat points (BHP) contains heat energy metering devices in the input unit, in the heating unit, in the hot water supply unit (HWS unit) and in the ventilation unit. The BHP contains metering devices for electricity consumed by the pump motors that are part of the heating unit, the HWS unit and the cold water supply module. BHP contains a calculator and a programmable controller. Thermal energy meters are connected to the computer, and electricity meters are connected to a programmable controller. The calculator and the programmable controller are connected to a router that transmits data to the upper level of the dispatch and telecontrol system.

EFFECT: aim of the invention is to expand the arsenal of means of block heat points.
