FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: fibrous materials feeder bin relates to chemical industry. Feeder bin of fibrous materials contains frame, unit of material supply and dust catching, which consists of housing, inlet branch pipe and branch pipe of dust removal of fibrous material, in lower part of which there is a unit of fiber separation. Fiber separation unit is made in the form of two agitators arranged in parallel and performing a rotational movement, which are shafts with rods fixed around the perimeter with blades arranged at rod ends to perform pre-turning to homogeneous consistency and uniform feed into dosing unit. At that, the dosing unit is made in the form of two screws with left and right spirals arranged in parallel and performing a rotational movement towards each other to ensure uniform volumetric dosing of material, gear wheels with sprockets are located at the ends of shafts. At that, rotation transmission from the engine to the agitators and augers is carried out by means of a transmission link in the form of a chain connecting gear wheels and sprockets.
EFFECT: providing automated dosing of fibrous materials, in a particular case, cotton cellulose, with high accuracy, while ensuring functional reliability and process safety.
