FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for moulding a polymer part with at least one cavity, which can be used in devices for making polymer parts by pultrusion or extrusion, as well as to a method of making said device. Device (100) comprises: housing (110), which is intended for use in device for production of polymer parts from first material and which is made so that, when used in the device for making polymer parts, the first material is brought into a mould by the flow direction of housing (110), which has at least one cavity, which is through in the direction of flow direction. In housing (110) there is main system (120), which provides the possibility of extrusion from end (112) of housing (110) of the second material passed through it to introduce the second material into the cavity, while the first material is directed with a streamlining of housing (110), as well as in housing (110) at its end (112) there is mixing device (130) connected to main system (120). At that, main system (120) has at least two lines (122, 124) intended for supply of corresponding components of mixture to mixing device (130), mixing device (130) is intended for production of the second material by means of mixing of the mixture components supplied to it and its ejection from housing (110). Besides, mixing device (130) is intended for mixing components of mixture by means of counterflow injection of high pressure at pressure of more than 100 bar.

EFFECT: provision of a device by means of which a polymer part can be reduced to a shape with at least one cavity, and this cavity can be simultaneously filled completely or partially with material.
