SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an aerosol generating product, a method for the manufacture of an element providing aerosol permeability for use in an aerosol generating product, and to a device for the manufacture of an element providing aerosol permeability of an aerosol generating product. More specifically, the present invention relates to element providing aerosol permeability, used in tubular aerosol generating products, including, in particular, such aerosol generating products made with the possibility of heating of aerosol forming substrates without burning them. The aerosol generating product contains an element providing aerosol permeability, containing an aerosol-permeable core inside an extruded polymer sleeve made as a single whole around it. The aerosol-permeable core is shorter than the extruded polymer sleeve. The element providing aerosol permeability contains one end, which is hollow, and the other end of the element providing aerosol permeability, contains the aerosol-permeable core and a rod of aerosol generating material, while its part is placed inside the hollow end of the element providing aerosol permeability. The method includes transmission of a set of aerosol-permeable cores along a transmission path with the first speed and formation of a sleeve around each core with the second speed. The second speed is greater than the first speed to create a space between sequential cores inside the sleeve.

EFFECT: inventions are aimed at provision of a balance in the final product of such requirements as: efficient filtration, minimum drag resistance, compression capacity, and wetting resistance.
