FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for diagnosing membranous nephropathy. Tryptophan fluorescence is determined. From blood serum albumin is recovered. Further, a fluorimetric method is used to determine the degree of damaged albumin from tryptophan amino acid residues. If the value of tryptophan fluorescence is less than 0.097 fl. units/g of protein diagnose membranous nephropathy.
EFFECT: method enables early diagnosis of membranous nephropathy by determining fluorescence of amino acid residues of tryptophan contained in blood serum albumin.
