SUBSTANCE: in renal tissue one should study the constituents of tubulointerstitial component (TIC) - interstitial fibrosis, infiltration, atrophy of tubules and arterial intimal fibrosis to evaluate them in points ranged 0-3, the obtained marks should be summarized and at the value of total value being >5 points it is possible to predict the development of chronic renal failure (CRF) in the nearest 2 yr. The innovation is simple, it requires no expensive trials being available for wide application in clinical practice and enables to detect those patients which should be prepared for the therapy with program hemodialysis in the nearest future more significantly.
