FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to maxillofacial surgery. For cystectomy, approach is performed with the piezosurgical apparatus at 0.5 cm from edges of cyst projection. Cyst is removed. Bone fragment is formed from a cortical plate of the lower jaw from the vestibular side. Bone fragment is placed in a cooled physiological solution at a temperature of plus 7 °C. Cyst cavity is filled with a blood clot. Bone defect is eliminated using the formed bone fragment. Bone fragment is fixed with titanium microplates and microscrews. Mucoperiosteal flap is repaired in the oral cavity. Soft tissues are sutured in the region of the oral vestibule.
EFFECT: method enables preserving the anatomy of the alveolar crest after cystectomy, reducing the number of postoperative complications, reducing the length of treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of the patient.
