SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, and may be used to increase the volume of the alveolar process in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with adentia in the atrophy of the alveolar process of the jaws. Trapezoidal incision is made along the crest of the alveolar process in the area of the jaw defect. We exfoliate the mucoperiosteal flap and skeleton the outer surface of the alveolar process, perform surface decortication in the area of the jaw defect. From the vestibular side and along the apex of the bone ridge, a frame is created with the help of metal screws. To do this, install the screws, not completely immersing them in the alveolar process. Value of the immersed part may be up to 5 mm. Screws must be fixed and well fixed in the jaw. Number of screws used for the frame depends on the size of the defect. With the help of a scraper in the departments located next to the augmentation zone, get autogenic bone chips. Further on a skeleton of screws stack the dura mater, received on Lyoplast® technology, fill the necessary augmentation zone between the bone and the dura mater with demineralized spongy crumb obtained by Lyoplast®, mixed with autogenous bone chips, then overlap the augmentation zone with the dura mater, tightly press it and fix it. Mucoperiosteal flap is exfoliated and sutured first with the periosteal, then without tension the mucous part.

EFFECT: method provides a horizontal and vertical increase in the volume of the alveolar process, it helps to prevent seam divisions, violation of the tightness of the augmentation and the development of inflammatory phenomena in the postoperative period, as well as to reduce the traumatic nature of the operation.
