SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to vehicle control assistance device, which operates to obtain recommendation information suitable for composition of users, including relationships between people, and issuing recommendation information for assistance in various vehicle operations performed by one or more users. Disclosed is a vehicle control aid (1), which includes unit (1A) for analyzing relationships between people, unit (1B) for storing relationships between people and unit (1C) for determining assistance information. Unit for analyzing relationships between people operates to: obtain voice data of a conversation of a plurality of people, which can be users, to indicate speakers; analyzing the received voice conversation data for each of said speakers to extract a given key word; specifying a speech model for each of the speakers based on the key word for each of the speakers; determining the content of the conversation based on the voice data of the conversation of the plurality of people; and analyzing and quantifying direct relationships between people for a plurality of people from said speech model and said conversation content. Unit for storing relationships between people operates to pre-accumulate direct relationships between people for a plurality of people who can be users. Unit for determining help information operates to indicate a plurality of users on board the vehicle and determining, based on direct relationships between people, accumulated in the unit for storing relationships between people, assistance information for operation with a vehicle, defined as recommended in accordance with relationships between people for multiple users.
EFFECT: creation of a control aid device for vehicles, which operates to obtain recommendation information suitable for a composition of users, including relationships between people, over a short period of time, and issuing recommendation information for assistance in various vehicle operations performed by one or more users.
