The gastrostomy tube is removed and an ultrathin video gastroscope 4.9-5.9 mm is inserted into the gastric lumen through the gastrostomy tract. Spend it retrograde into the esophagus and visualize the lumen of the esophagus. Through the instrumental channel of the video gastroscope, a guide wire is passed beyond the stenosis zone under fluoroscopic control. A video gastroscope with X-ray control of the position of the conductor string is removed. Under fluoroscopic control, a balloon dilator is passed along the string and positioned in the stenosis zone. The balloon is inflated with a water-soluble contrast agent until the stricture is completely expanded under X-ray control, and the exposure is maintained for 1 minute. The balloon and the conductor string are blown off and removed. A control chest X-ray is taken and a gastrostomy tube is placed.

EFFECT: method allows optimizing the tactics of intraluminal recanalization of the esophagus in children with dystrophic form of congenital epidermolysis bullosa, restoring the patency of the esophagus and resuming oral feeding on the first postoperative day in the absence of iatrogenic damage to the oral cavity, teeth and laryngopharynx.
