FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to powder cladding devices. It can be used in production of fine powders of core-shell format. Magnetic powder cladding device, comprising a reactor made in the form of a first and a second sealed chambers interconnected by a transition insert, pipelines for input and output of reaction products, agitator and reciprocating cylinder made of non-magnetic material. Said cylinder is divided by a rim into equal parts, one of which is placed in the reactor, and the second protrudes beyond the reactor. Part of the cylinder placed in the reactor is equipped with a permanent magnet installed inside it with the possibility of performing reciprocal and rotational movements. Part of the cylinder extending beyond the reactor comprises a bearing assembly, a rim and a rod secured therein and coupled with a drive for reciprocation. Agitator is located in the lower part of the first sealed chamber.
EFFECT: higher uniformity of coating.
