FIELD: metallurgy industry.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of a vacuum chamber equipped with a scavenge system, with generator of stream of particles of the coating being applied and directed downwards; generator is located in scavenge system, and vibration mixer-holder of powder is installed under generator, which is kinematically connected with a vibratory drive ensuring back-and-forth displacements of vibration mixer-holder of powder along vertical axis. The second drive which is kinematically connected with vibration mixer-holder of powder provides for its constant or pulse rotation about vertical axis. Vibration mixer-holder of powder is made in the form of a cylindrical cup with a flat bottom parallel to which there installed are spiral springs intercrossing in their centre, the ends of which are attached to the frame installed on a rigid holder. Springs are made with alternate opposite spiralling and attached to the frame at an equal distance from each other. Frame can be installed on the holder so that it can move in a vertical plane.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of applying uniform coatings owing to elimination of powder particles aggregation.
