FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to equipment coat application on powders. It may be used in powder metallurgy for production of composite materials containing fine powders and nanopowders. Proposed device comprises vacuum chamber with pumping system and generator of particles flow of material to be deposited is arranged inside said chamber. Powder vibratory mixer-holder is arranged under said generator and articulated with vibration drive to reciprocate along vertical axis. Said vibratory mixer-holder is composed of cylindrical bowl with flat bottom. Helical springs are arranged parallel with sais bottom, their ends being secured to the frame. Said frame with helical springs is secured by fasteners form dielectric material to current-conducting flexible shaft articulated with rotary drive. Said shaft is provided with gauze arranged at 80-110 mm from said bowl and connected to reference voltage source.
EFFECT: uniform coats.
