SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat treatment of products and can be used in the metallurgical and metalworking industries for fixing products in the working area of ​​furnaces, in particular shaft-type furnaces designed for high-temperature processing of high-alloy steels, as well as long products based on it. The device for fixing products during heat treatment comprises a support disk with vertical support posts located along its perimeter, a central fixing disk and an upper fixing disk located parallel to each other and relative to the support disk, while the fixing disks are made with through holes of different diameters distributed over the surface for heat-treated products, and the corresponding coaxial through holes of the fixing disks are made of the same diameter. The device is equipped with a mounting sleeve, a threaded pin and three stops fixed on the support posts, one of which is fixed between the support disk and the central locking disk, the second lock is fixed between the central locking disk and the upper locking disk, and the third lock is made connecting the support disk with the support posts , while the mounting sleeve is provided with an eyebolt for carrying the product on the upper fixing disk for installing it in the through hole of the upper fixing disk, and the sleeve is configured to be connected to the product by means of a threaded pin tightened on a groove previously made in the product.

EFFECT: improving the quality of heat treatment of products, in particular long ones, by eliminating warpage and thermal deformations, such as curvature, distortion of the transverse profile, as well as reliability, versatility and thermal stability at high temperatures of the device design.
