FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for heating a tool for cutting or sealing plastic elements, polymer lines for plastic containers in sterile conditions. Heater plate for sterile connection of plastic lines is made in the form of a disposable thermoelectric element, has an external contact heated surface, a heating element and contact pads for voltage supply, consists of four layers of foiled fiberglass laminate, first and fourth layer is used with one-sided foiling, second and third layer is formed from fiberglass laminate with double-sided foiling, where the first and fourth are the contact heated surface, the second and the third have a formed conductive pattern as a heating element, note here that layers are jointed through prepreg layer by pressing according to production of multilayer printed circuit boards. Besides, plate-heater has rivet for electric connection of layers.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the plate-heater with reduction of prime cost.
